Things You Should Know:

The price we quote you for our services DOES NOT include government fees such as court filing fees, the fee for issuing a Summons, and fees charged to serve papers on another.  The filing fee for Florida divorce documents averages $408 depending on the county.  A large number of our customers qualify for a waiver of most government fees, and both of our Florida divorce document packages contain the Florida court forms necessary to apply for a waiver.  You can read more on the topic of filing fees and waivers by clicking here.

It is of utmost importance that your divorce documents be properly prepared before you file them with the court.  If they are not, the court will not accept them, and they are not permitted to tell you what is wrong.  This can be frustrating and time consuming for people who are not used to working with legal forms. Our primary mission is to assist the self-help customer in making sure that the documents the customer selects are prepared properly using the factual information that the customer has provided. We use the questionnaires on this page to collect the required information from you.

Most of our customers report seeing Final Judgement on their Florida divorce in 30-40 days, and in about half of the cases, neither party had to appear at the final hearing.

It is possible to have your divorce finalized WITHOUT having to appear for a court hearing. This is our specialty.  Call for more information.
