Scheduling

How Appointments Are Scheduled

LiveScan services begin when the applicant places an order through our website. After checkout, appointment scheduling is completed by calling (386) 256-5540.

This allows us to confirm the correct service, routing, and submission details before fingerprints are captured.

Changes

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask that you call and let us know. We are not in the business of nickel and diming our clients.

If an appointment is missed without notice and a refund is later requested, 50% of the service fee will be refunded. This reflects reserved time, staffing, and equipment.

Results

Reprints & Resubmissions

If fingerprints are rejected due to print quality, we will handle re-fingerprinting and resubmission at no additional charge. Our goal is to help you successfully complete the process.

Rejection notices are sent to the requesting agency or system, not to us. Because of this, it is the client’s responsibility to notify us if a submission is rejected.

If a rejection is caused by incorrect demographic information — including name, date of birth, Social Security number, physical descriptors (such as eye or hair color), or other non-fingerprint data — the transaction must be resubmitted. A resubmission fee will apply based on the ORI associated with the rejection.

Identification

Identification & Identity Verification

Applicants must bring two forms of identification to their appointment:
  • One primary government-issued photo ID
  • One secondary form of ID

In addition, our KYC (Know Your Customer) policy requires completion of a short online identity verification prior to the appointment. This process takes approximately two minutes.
