Apostille Document Routing Portal

Select Your Document Status

To meet your tight international deadlines, your paperwork must be routed precisely. Please review the criteria below and choose the button that accurately describes your current document files.

📍 Service Scope: This portal applies strictly to Florida Apostilles. We cannot process federal apostilles (from the US Department of State in Washington, D.C.) or apostilles from other U.S. states through this specific form.
⏱️ Understanding the Timeline: Our same day timeline represents the exact time required to submit and process your files directly through the Florida Secretary of State. This window does not include inbound mailing transits to our office, nor does it include return shipping delivery to your final destination.
Route Option A

At Least One Document Needs to Be Notarized Online

Choose this option if you have raw, unsigned, or unnotarized files that must legally be executed via a secure digital Remote Online Notarization session before we submit them to the state.

Typical Examples for Route A:
  • Personal affidavits or written statements that are still unsigned.
  • Travel consent letters for minors lacking a notary seal.
  • Corporate authorizations, business letters, or corporate resolutions.
  • Powers of Attorney that have not yet been signed.
  • Social Security benefit verification letters (SSA).
  • Private pension benefit letters (corporate or government).
  • Private school transcripts not yet signed/notarized by the registrar.
  • Diplomas (public or private) requiring a notarized true copy.
  • Copies of non-recordable IDs (passports, driver’s licenses).
  • Copies of non-recordable personal/business files (leases, bills).
Route Option B

I’m Submitting Notarized or Certified Documents

Choose this option if your documents are already physically finalized, have already been traditionally notarized, or consist of original certificates directly issued by state or local agencies.

Typical Examples for Route B:
  • A Power of Attorney already fully signed and sealed by a traditional notary.
  • Birth, death, or marriage certificates issued by a Florida Clerk of Court or the Bureau of Vital Statistics.
  • Official Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) background checks.
  • Court-certified records (divorce decrees, name changes, judgments).
  • A public school transcript already signed by the registrar and notarized by the school’s notary.
  • An already-notarized true copy of an original diploma.
  • A certified Certificate of Status or corporate filings from the Division of Corporations (Sunbiz).
  • A previously notarized copy of a passport or driver’s license.

⚠️ Critical Academic & State Jurisdiction Rules

Florida Apostilles Only: This workflow can solely be used to secure an apostille from the Florida Secretary of State. Documents requiring a Federal Apostille from the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C. (such as FBI Identity History Summaries) or authentication from other state governments cannot be routed through this service.

Public School Transcripts: Florida public school transcripts cannot be notarized online via RON. They must be physically signed by your school registrar and explicitly notarized by the school or district’s in-house notary before submission.

General Note: Any document pre-notarized by an outside party must strictly meet the statutory requirements of the State of Florida. Deficient external notarizations will cause immediate rejections at the Department of State, delaying your turnaround timeline.
