Group discounts apply to fingerprinting services and exclude Florida FDLE Level-2. Only one travel fee is charged per visit, no matter how many people we serve.
Mobile Service Travel Fee
We come to your home, office, or facility anywhere in Puerto Rico. The travel fee is charged once per visit, not per person, and is based on the one-way distance from our Caguas office.

Using your FBI background check in Spain, Europe, or Latin America? Foreign authorities require a Hague Apostille. The Puerto Rico Department of State cannot apostille federal documents, so we handle the federal apostille for you.

What to Bring
- Two forms of valid identification, including one government-issued photo ID
- Your agency’s ORI number (Florida FDLE Level-2) or any instructions you were given
- A working email address for your FBI background check results
Payment & Cancellation
- Individual appointments are prepaid at booking; businesses can be invoiced
- Cancel 24+ hours ahead: full refund
- Under 24 hours: 50% refund plus a free reschedule
- No-shows are non-refundable
- Evenings and weekends available by request
