🏢 Who We Are
Florida Document Specialists and Florida Family Adoptions are divisions of Mariposa Professional Services, Inc. We are a Florida-based business offering document typing, remote online notarization, apostille processing, and clerical support services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
📋 What We Do
We provide professional typing and clerical support services for individuals representing themselves in legal or administrative matters. Using only the information you provide, we type your details into the forms you select — including those related to family adoptions, summary administration, simple divorces, estate planning (such as wills, powers of attorney, and minimal-consideration deeds), and certain immigration filings.
We also offer secure remote online notarization, expedited apostille processing, eFiling of court documents, and eRecording of deeds, Notices of Commencement, and other official records with participating county clerks. All services are flat-fee and delivered with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
🚫 No Legal Advice or Representation
By using our services, you acknowledge that you are acting as your own attorney. We do not—and cannot—tell you which documents to use, how to complete them, or whether they are appropriate for your situation. We do not interpret laws or provide legal guidance.
📌 Accuracy and Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the content, accuracy, and legal sufficiency of the documents we help you type. We do not review, edit, check, or proofread your documents for legal accuracy or appropriateness. We type only what you provide, exactly as provided. While we are happy to correct any clerical mistakes you bring to our attention, we cannot be held liable for how the documents are used or interpreted.
👥 Who Our Team Is
Our staff consists of trained professionals who specialize in document typing, online notarization, apostille processing, and customer service. They are not attorneys, paralegals, law clerks, or legal assistants. They are not qualified to practice law or offer legal advice.
📞 If You Need Legal Advice
If you’re unsure about what document to use, how to complete it, or what your legal rights are, we strongly encourage you to speak with a licensed attorney. Using our services means you understand that we are not providing legal advice.
✍️ Acknowledgment Required
Before we can assist you, you will need to sign a form acknowledging that you understand the limitations of our services.
